Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Refund Policy

We believe in the power of consistency. Our training is designed to create real change—and that takes time, structure, and follow-through. While we offer flexibility where possible, we ask that all clients commit to completing their programs for the best results.

Single Sessions

A 25% refund is available for up to 3 completed sessions. After 3 sessions, all future bookings are non-refundable.

Programs & Packages (Paid in Full)

A 25% refund is available if canceled within the first 6 sessions or before the program ends—whichever comes first.

Payment Plans

A 25% refund is available if canceled within the first 3 sessions or before the program ends—whichever comes first—based on your most recent payment. If cancellation occurs after the refund window but before your next payment: Any sessions completed but not yet covered by your payment will be billed at your standard hourly rate (as outlined in your Appointment Confirmation Form). If your first payment covers more than the value of the sessions completed, and the refund window has ended, no refund will be issued.
